Ravioli Lasagna Recipe


2 Eggs
32 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 lb Bulk Italian Sausage of choice
1 lb Ground Beef
32 oz Marinara Sauce (we use Rao’s)
48 oz Frozen Cheese Ravioli
2 cups White Cheddar Cheese


Pre heat over to 350 degrees.  Spray 9 ” x 13″ baking dish and set aside. In small bowl add eggs and beat well. In a separate bowl add Ricotta Cheese, beaten eggs, Garlic Powder, Salt, White Pepper and Italian Seasoning and mix well and set aside. In deep skillet on medium heat add Olive Oil and Minced Garlic.  After a couple minutes of cooking add Italian Sausage, Ground Beef,  Salt and Pepper to taste. After ground beef it browned drain and add back to skillet. Add Marinara and mix well.  In baking dish add a thin layer of Ground beef mixture followed by a layer of Ravioli. Next add a 1/3 of the Ricotta Cheese mixture followed by 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Now add a second layer of Ground Beef mixture, Ravioli, 1/3 Ricotta Cheese mixture, and 1/3 shredded cheese.  Next add a 3rd layer of Ground beef, your last 1/3 of Ricotta Cheese and top with your last 1/3 of Shredded cheese.  Place in oven uncovered and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top layer of cheese is browned completely and Enjoy.
