Homemade Creamy Alfredo Pasta Recipe


1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
1 – 16oz Box Fettuccine, Linguine or pasta of choice
4 Tbsp EVOO
2 Sticks of Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic (Pressed)
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2-3 Graded Parmesan Cheese  
*Parsley (optional)


In large pasta pot add water, Salt and Oil and bring to a boil. Cook until desired tenderness, reserve 1 to 2 cups of pasta water before draining.  In a deep skillet on medium high heat add EVOO, Butter and stir until melted and combined. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute while stirring until slightly golden brown. Add Heavy Cream and stir until combined. Add Cheese and stir until thoroughly melted. Add drained Pasta and toss to coat. Add desired amount of reserved pasta water if sauce is to thick. Plate and garnish with Parsley
