Braised BBQ Ribs

1 pack of Ribs
1 16oz Bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
1 1/2 Cups of Chicken Broth
1 12oz can of Beer
1 12oz can of Coke
1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 Tbsp Worcestershire 
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 
1 Pkg of McCormick’s Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
1 Pkg Goya Ham Flavored Seasoning Mix 
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
Directions for Braised BBQ Ribs
 First preheat Oven to 275 Degrees.  Add Italian Dressing to large container and set aside. Trim, cut ribs and add to container with Dressing. Toss to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place Dutch Oven on stove top and set to high. Spray Dutch Oven. Add Ribs to hot pan and pour in remaining Dressing. Add Chicken Broth, Beer, Coke, Apple Cider Vinegar, Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire, Red Wine Vinegar, Pot Roast Seasoning Mix, Ham Flavored Seasoning Mix, Pepper, Brown Sugar and Garlic Salt. Stir well to combine. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium high and continue cooking 20 to 25 minutes. Rotate Ribs and stir. Cover and place in oven for approx 5 hours or until fork tender. Baste Rib’s occasionally with liquids and add more Chicken Stock if liquids are needed. Enjoy!
