Mixed Berry Crunch Recipe




2 Cups of Oats
1/2 White Cake Mix
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick of Butter
1 Can of Mixed Berry Pie Filling


Set oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8″ x 8″ glass baking dish and set aside. In Mixing bowl add Oats, Cake Mix, Brown Sugar, Half of the Butter and blend thoroughly. Once blended add other half of butter and blend together. Mixture should be moist enough to hold it’s form when squeezed together. Pour Berry Pie Filling into baking dish.  Cover Berries with crunch mixture to desired thickness. *This is enough crumble to make a 13″ x 9″ dessert if you want to add two cans of pie filling.
