How to make easy Seasoned Potato Wedges

4 Medium Potatoes
Olive  Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic and Herb spice

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Peal Potatoes and using a Apple Corer cut the Potatoes into wedges. Rinse wedges, place them between two paper towels to absorb water.  Add wedges to a large bowl and coat with Olive Oil. Add  Salt, Pepper, Garlic Herbs and toss together. Place flat on baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until desired tenderness. Enjoy.
