Candied Acorn Squash Recipe

1 Acorn Squash
1/2 to 1 cup of Brown Sugar (Determine amount by size of squash)
3 Tbls. Butter 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cut about 1/2 off bottom of  Squash to give a flat surface. Cut Squash in half and scoop out seeds. Place squash in greased baking dish with cut side up. Add half of the Brown Sugar to each Squash. Slice Butter, divide and add equally to squash. Add remaining Brown Sugar to each half.  Bake covered for 1 hour or until squash is tender.
