Tuna Macaroni Salad Recipe

 
 
Ingredients:
2  TBSP Salt
1 Lb Elbow Macaroni
4 Celery Stalks
2 – 5oz Cans Tuna
1 TBSP Pepper
3 Cups of Mayonnaise
 
 
Directions:

In large Pasta pot add water, 1 TBSP Salt and bring to a boil. Cook until desired tenderness and drain. Place Pasta on a cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. While Pasta is cooling chop 4 Celery Sticks and set aside. Drain Tuna and place Tuna in a bowl and set aside. Once Pasta is cooled add to a large bowl.  Add Celery and mix well. Add Tuna and mix well. Add 1 TBSP Salt and Pepper and combine. Add 2 cups of Mayonnaise and toss together to cover all noodles. Place in refrigerator until your ready to eat. Just before serving add 1 cup of Mayonnaise and mix well and enjoy.
