Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 – 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk  
8 Cups of Whole Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions: 
 Set Crockpot on low. Pour in Heavy Cream, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Milk. Whisk well to combine. Next add Vanilla Extract, Salt and Chocolate Chips and stir to combine. Let cook for two hours stirring occasionally. *For a flavored Coco try using a festive Chocolate chip such as Mint, Peppermint etc.
