Dames Point Bridge Moving Rainbow

While driving across the Dames Point Bridge in Jacksonville, Fl we recorded this Rainbow.  Due to driving and the Rainbow being so close it appeared as the Rainbow was following us. We were lucky enough that me and my wife were both in the vehicle so she could catch this once and a life time moment on video as drove.
