Place Brisket into large deep pan and add seasoning packet.  Add Onion, Carrots, Beef Broth, Lager, and water.  Cover and cook on high until it comes to a boil, then reduce heat and cook covered for approx 50 minutes. While cooking quarter up 2 medium size heads of Cabbage. Add Cabbage and cook approx another 15 minutes or until Cabbage is tender to your liking. Let rest approx 15 minutes and enjoy. Pair this with our Irish Soda Bread Recipe to make it a complete meal. </span></span></i></div>
